Hokkaido's limited edition, rich white chocolate cake.

“Tigresse North White” from Gateau Festa Harada in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, is a Hokkaido-only product that is a white chocolate version of the popular “Tigresse” chocolate cake.

A heavy, weighty sponge cake appeared. It has a unique shape.

The moist cake batter has a hollow hole in the center that is filled with white chocolate. The dough is also filled with macadamia nuts for a luxurious finish.

Since the cake is only available in Hokkaido, both the packaging and the cake itself have a white base color, creating a snowy country atmosphere. The cake itself was rich, luxurious, and satisfying, as is typical of Gateau Festa Harada’s confections.
