Delicious "Shinshu Ina Chestnuts" grown in a rich natural environment

Shinshu Satoyama no Hana Kobo, located in Kamiina-gun, Nagano Prefecture, makes sweets using “Shinshu-Ina-Kuri (Chestnuts)”.

”Shinshu-Ina-Kuri (Chestnuts)” are grown in a land with snow water from the Alps, healthy soil, well-drained slopes with plenty of sunshine, and a difference in temperature between cold and hot, all conditions that produce delicious chestnuts.

Inside are grains of sweet bean paste and chestnut red bean paste. When eaten, the dough is more like a cake than bread, with a fluffy and chewy texture. The chestnuts inside have a refined sweetness that gives the taste of the ingredients, and the slightly salty sweet bean paste and the buttery flavor of the dough.

This chestnut red bean paste is made from new chestnuts that have passed strict cultivation standards, with only a small amount of sugar added.

The bread dough also has a very good texture. The anpan made from Kuri-kinton (sweetened chestnuts) made from “Shinshu Ina chestnuts” is so delicious that it will convince chestnut lovers.
