It seems to be a confectionary that combines elements of Nagoya and France, with Nagoya’s famous “Ogura Toast” sandwiched between a Bouchée sandwich.
”Ogura toast” is a well-known local delicacy in Nagoya, and the fact that it has been adapted into a pastry is interesting and uniquely Nagoya.
