Deep-fried rice cracker in the shape of a turtle's shell

“Kame-Sen” made by Ajiya Seika in Kumamoto City was created five years after the company was founded in 1963, and has continued to be a historical rice cracker to the present day. The bag has a tortoise mark on it, which can be seen as the Chinese character for “turtle”.

It is shaped like a turtle’s shell. This is probably the origin of the name “Kame-sen” and the ruggedness of the shape beautifully expresses the turtle’s shell shape.
