Kohama-manju
A traditional manju with the aroma of Cinnamon powder.
Japanese notation "実りのパイ(りんご)"
“Minori-no-Pie” made by “Bouyōdō” established in 1923 in Tateyama City, Chiba Prefecture.
The shape is round and tall, the pie crust is deliciously browned and fluffy and thick.
There is plenty of apple jam inside. The size is like a manju and can be easily eaten.
The moist dough and the sweet and sour taste and texture of the apples were very delicious.
