I bought an oshiyaki rice cracker called “Teyaki senbei Negimiso” made by Nanakoshi Seika in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture. The other day I had this rice cracker, which was so delicious that I wanted to try a variety of “Negimiso rice Senbei” so I bought it.
The green onion miso sauce, which can be seen through the package, already looks delicious, as it is made with fresh green onions from Saitama Prefecture.
It is coated generously with shiny green onion miso sauce and is glossy. The size is about 10 cm in diameter.
Split in half, it is a pure white rice cracker dough made of glutinous rice, crispy and baked to a light texture.
The miso flavor is strong and dark, and the aroma of the green onion is also strong. It is definitely delicious.
