Negimiso-sen

Large rice crackers with a rich green onion miso sauce that is just delicious!

“Negimiso Sen” is made by “Nagomi” in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture. The big-sized rice cracker is coated with a generous amount of special “Negimiso” (green onion miso), and even from the outside of the package, it has a delicious color and texture.

The size of this Negimiso rice cracker is surprisingly large, about two times larger than a 500 yen coin, as shown here.

It is over 1 cm thick. The rugged surface is coated with a generous amount of negi miso sauce and chopped green onions, and the visual and volume of the dish are simply mouth-watering.

The negi miso sauce coated on the surface is thickly coated anyway.

The rice cracker is made of 100% glutinous rice, and the sweet and spicy green onion miso sauce is the best match for its straightforward flavor. The large amount of green onion sprinkled on top of the rice cracker is also very tasty, making it a very luxurious rice cracker. The volume and taste were so good that it could have replaced a meal.
