Shichi-fukujin Arare

The “Shichi-fukujin Arare” from “Saiwai Senbei” in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, is one of the most well-known confections in Gunma Prefecture.
”Shichi-fukujin (Seven Lucky Gods)” are seven gods that have been handed down in Japan since ancient times.
Each individually wrapped package has an illustration of the Seven Gods of Good Fortune and is available in seven different flavors.
Each of the seven flavors of these small round okaki, about 3.5 cm in diameter, has a different hue. 7 types are broken down as follows
・Ebisuten – shrimp flavor
・Hotei – cheese flavor
・Benzaiten – butter flavor
・Bishamonten – Curry flavor
・Daikokuten – green laver flavor
・Jurojin – hot pepper flavor
・Fukurokuju – Shiso flavor
