“Habutae Ankoro-mochi” is made by Aratama Shokuhin, a confectionery locates in Echizen city, Fukui Prefecture.They are a manufacturer who continues to mainly make rice cake confections, and most of their ingredients are from the local.
Habutae Ankoro-mochi is a rice cake named after “Habutae”, a fabric made in Fukui area since the Edo period (1603-1868).
