Kobu-kura
Japanese notation "昆布蔵(こぶぐら)"
Many people may not have an image of Rokkatei making okaki(Rice cracker). However, once you try this “Kobu-Kura” I think that image will be blown away.
Rokkatei’s beautiful packaging is stylish even when viewed from the side.
When removed from the bag, they look like “fried cartilage” served at an izakaya (Japanese-style bar). The black bumps on the surface of the okaki look like black pepper, but they are small pieces of kelp.
Hmmm, looks really like fried chicken. lol
They are bite-sized, deep-fried, soy-sauce flavored deep-fried okaki with shiitake mushroom broth and no chemical seasonings.
The taste of kelp, shiitake mushrooms, and soy sauce is exquisite, making this a truly delicious okaki. The most important thing is that there is a tremendous amount of finely crushed kelp, so the “umami” flavor is so strong that you will find yourself eating them one after the other, and you will find that one bag is not enough. We hope you will try it!
