Komadaya in Fukushima City is a traditional sweets shop with a history dating back to the Edo period. Komadaya’s signature product, “Miso-Pan” was created 40 years ago and has been a favorite snack of the local Fukushima community ever since.
Komadaya’s Miso-Pan is a “steamed bread type” and its fluffy texture can be felt even through the package.
