Apple pie with a homemade feel is still delicious!

“Dekor” is a local cake shop in Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture. The handmade apple pie carefully made by this cake shop is “Dekor apple apple”.

Upon opening the package, a round pie baked to a golden brown appeared. The texture of the pie crust shows that each pie is carefully baked one by one.

The jam inside the pie is made lavishly from “Kougyoku” apples produced in Hachinohe, with a good balance of sweetness and sourness of the apples and a good texture of the fruit.

Inside is filled with cut apples and apple jam. The pie crust, which can only be made by hand, was really delicious and left me wanting more varieties of pies.

It is nice to be able to buy such a handmade apple pie in individual packages. It was a delicious pie with a homemade feel, straight from Aomori Prefecture, which produces the largest amount of apples in Japan.
