Genjimaki, a famous confectionary from the town of Tsuwano in Shimane Prefecture, is a nationally renowned confectionary. Genjimaki originated in Tsuwano Town, Shimane Prefecture, and has a long history dating back more than 100 years.
The one we will eat this time is from “Yamada Chikufu-ken,” which is also famous for its long-established Genji-maki rolls. The package design is nice and retro.
