Don't be caught off guard by the cute dog package. This sablefish is a powerhouse.

A sablet featuring “Hachikun,” the pure white Akita dog that is the sightseeing character of Odate City, Akita Prefecture, made from edamame, a specialty of Odate City.

It seems to be manufactured by the confectionery store ”Neriya”, which is a long-established company with a history of nearly 80 years, and although it has such a pop package, it is a very competent sable.

Still, the innocent look on their faces is lovely and very hard to crack open. I feel guilty about it, but I opened the package to eat it, so I will eat it with all my heart.

It is delicious. As I said, it is a very high quality sable. The luxurious buttery flavor used and the edamame flavor is very subtle. The guilt I felt earlier disappeared in an instant and I ate it in no time at all. Thank you, Hachikun.
