Age-dai-kaku

Thick, square, and big fried rice crackers.

“Age-dai-kaku” made by Sanshu-Seika, which manufactures and sells rice crackers in Kasukabe City, Saitama Prefecture, are what is called “deep-fried rice crackers” but their size is surprisingly large.

A single large piece of fried rice cracker, the package design is also dynamic.

A square fried rice cracker was served.

It was quite light to the touch and when I broke it in half, I could feel its crispiness.

The thickness of the rice cracker is amazing. The quality of the rice cracker is as expected of a rice cracker made in Saitama Prefecture, a major rice cracker producing area. The sweetness and spiciness of the rice cracker is just right, and the taste of the rice can be felt well.
