Crunch Chocolate with "To the One I Love" theme

“Gateau Festa Harada” is a nationally known confectioner, so many people may not know that the main store is located in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture. Most people have probably seen their signature confectionery, the “Gouter de Roi” series of rusks. The Chateau du Espoir, the headquarters factory opened in 2013, is a magnificent building.

This time, I bought a chocolate called “Love Sleeves” made by Gateau Festa Harada.

This compact crunch bar chocolate is about 6 cm long, but it is a luxurious piece of couverture chocolate with crunched sable and macadamia nuts encased in it.

Folding it in half reveals a rich mixture of macadamia nuts and the crunch of the sable.

The macadamia nuts and finely crushed sable are zesty and delicious, but above all, the fine couverture chocolate is delicious. The crispy texture and melt-in-your-mouth quality is also a characteristic of this chocolate bar, and I thought “Love Sleeves” was a luxurious chocolate bar with just such a texture.
