Gunma-no-Hito Snack
Japanese notation "群馬のひとスナック"
”Gunma-no-Hito Snack” planned and manufactured by Nagumo Corporation of Numata City, Gunma Prefecture, is a unique snack that promotes tourism in Gunma Prefecture through its packaging.
Next to the catchphrase, 「It’s more touristy than you think」 a “Haniwa”-like character says, We have a World Heritage site and hot springs! We have hot springs! And lots of haniwa! There are World Heritage sites, hot springs, and lots of haniwa!
Speaking of World Heritage sites in Gunma, the Tomioka Silk Mill, which was registered in 2014, is fresh in our memories. Ikaho Onsen is the first hot spring in Gunma that comes to mind, but Kusatsu Onsen and Shima Onsen are also famous.
A white fluffy snack was served. It has a firmer shape, lighter texture, and is shaped like a honeycomb. It has a rustic flavor, but since the snack is made from rice, it is light and crispy to the palate.
