Thunderbirds are birds that inhabit the highlands of the northern hemisphere. The population has been declining year by year due to environmental changes, and is now designated as a national special natural treasure and an endangered species.
“Raichō-no-Sato” is confection featuring the iconic thunderbird of the Japanese Alps, is made of hard biscuit-like “European-style rice crackers” layered with cream.
The cream and rice crackers are double layered, each firmly attached to the other.
The texture is addictive, with a “crunchy and tasty” feeling. As expected of a long-selling product, the taste is stable and delicious.
