“Choco Marron” a chestnut red bean paste sandwiched between cocoa cake and coated with chocolate, is another Rokkatei classic.
Although it is compact in size, it is quite heavy and many fans can enjoy the luxurious chocolate and marron.
The chocolate that hardens around it is nicely coated.

Delicious as usual. It is a very luxurious tasting pastry. Rum is used in abundance, which is probably the key to the flavor.
