This “Nara Strawberry Milk Bouchée” is a strawberry-flavored milk bouchée using milk produced by Uemura Farm as ingredients. The strawberries are “Asuka Ruby” produced in Asuka Village, Nara Prefecture, making the most of Nara’s ingredients.
The dough, sprinkled with powdered sugar, is fluffy in texture and high in height.
When split in half, a bright pink strawberry cream appeared, with a faint aroma of strawberries.
It is a very bright pink color, and you can even see the grains of strawberry pulp. It is a beautiful strawberry cream.
